Reservations

1. We accept reservations maximum 60 days prior to the tour, in case of having a reservation between 59 - 1 day before the tour, services will be subject to availability.

2. For your tour to be confirmed, the following information is needed:

- Reference.- Name, surname and age (each passenger) - CI/passenger passport- Date of birth. - Address of origin- Fins and wetsuit size - Dietary restrictions- Allergies or medical conditions.- Hotel (if booked by the passenger)

Itineraries

Subject to changes notified by the Management of the
Galapagos National Park or force majeure (disasters
natural). Our company will immediately communicate
with the agency to solve in the best way.

 

Payments

• If payment its made by the web page or booking pattform, the credit to the account it's enough to be confirmed

• Full Payment should be done 60 days before tour. 50% to be confirmed is possible 61 days before the tour. 

• Any payment or credit made shall be
attached in the email that the invoice has been sent
for the services.
• Passenger will receive an email with the reservation code
Awarded by sales agent or reference

 

Cancellations & Refounds

• Once the tour is confirmed at 60 days, no refund are possible 

• Cancellations 61 days before the tour 20% will be refound 

• Cancellations  81 days before the tour 50% will be refound

• Cancellations more than 100 days before the tour 98% will be refound. 

 

10% of the amount will not be refound in therms to be cover at payments in banks movements.
